The hotel was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season! the staff was friendly, helpful, and always attentive. Our room was spacious with high quality fittings and the bathroom was stylishly decorated. the location of the hotel was perfect, with short distance to the lake district and two small supermarkets within a 5-minute drive.
Although the breakfast was decent, there was definitely room for improvement. Brewed coffee instead of instant would have been a nice touch and some variety in the jam selection would have been appreciated, especially considering the huge variety of meat offered.

The hotel was absolutely spotless and had high-quality fittings. The staff were always friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. We loved the large rooms and stylish bathrooms. The hotel had plenty of parking space, which was a great convenience. we were pleased to find two small supermarkets within a short drive or walk from the hotel.
While the breakfast was okay, there is definitely room for improvement. It would have been nice to have brewed coffee instead of instant.
